RDT provides potty training, obedience, protection, service, therapy, aversion, and problem-solving. We offer classes for puppies and adult dogs. Thousands of others have learned to train their dogs with our program and would highly recommend our services. We believe that by providing owners with a basic understanding of dog behavior and psychology you will have a better dog than you ever imagined.
The foundations and methods used are based on effective scientifically proven techniques taught by the US Government to our top K-9 Warriors. RDT provides the best of both worlds with private in-home dog training and group classes. Tell us about Robinson Dog Training – what should we know?įounded by a Veteran K-9 Handler Robinson Dog Training (RDT) is the premier Phoenix, dog training company. I would work long hours and late night into the night but I wouldn’t change a thing.Īlright – so let’s talk business. The 1st few years were pretty tough, I did a lot of scraping by and working odd jobs to make ends meet. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way? There has been a huge reception for our cause and I am proud of the wonderful job my beautiful wife Sara-marie is doing to help promote the cause and spread our message. This year in addition to running Robinson Dog Training I founded a non-profit called the Service Dog Fund, whose mission is to provide low-income disabled veterans with service dog training at no cost to them. It’s the same information I use to teach my clients about training. I have finished my first dog training book, it’s called FIDO which stands for Fundamentals in Dog Obedience. Since starting Robinson Dog Training I have been recognized nationally as a leader in the K-9 Training industry (although most of the dogs I work with these days are pets).
Then in 2007 I founded Robinson Dog Training.
After my enlistment I received an honorable discharge and returned to civilian life. How did you get to where you are today?Īfter High school, I enlisted in the Airforce and became a Military Working Dog handler (that’s the equivalent of a K-9 police officer). Today we’d like to introduce you to Louis Robinson.
